Question 1: How do we handle getting the marriage license?

You and your fiancé must apply for the license at least 60 days prior to the wedding in the state where you live. You can go to your local town hall to apply. As your wedding officiant, I am only required to sign the license after the ceremony, not procure the license for you.

Question 2: How do we pay for the services?

The initial consultation with me is FREE (go to this page to book). To pay for the ceremony itself, I require a deposit of one half of my fee with your signed contract. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the ceremony.

Total fee is: $300 – all inclusive.

Deposit: $150

Question 3: What if we cancel? Do we get a refund?
In order to receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days prior to the wedding date. If you cancel after the 30 day mark, you will receive half of the cost of the ceremony.
Question 4: How far will you travel to perform a ceremony?
I never charge for mileage or travel. I perform weddings throughout NY, PA, and NJ, but will happily travel to your destination. Air travel would be at MY cost. I would, however, ask that you provide lodging.
Question 5: Can we incorporate special rituals in our ceremony?
YES! I do Hand Fastings, Unity Candle Ceremonies, Sand Ceremonies, Jumping The Broom or other original rituals that you desire.
Question 6: Can we have our pets join us in the ceremony?
Of course! Our pets are part of our family. I have officiated at weddings with dogs, cats, even goats. We’ll make it work!
Question 7: What if we want to have our wedding in an unusual place?
I have performed weddings under waterfalls, in prisons, in a hot air balloon, in city parks and country barns…and everything in between. Wherever you choose to have your wedding, I’ll be there!
